The main goal of the Conditioning Levels is to motivate your student to exercise on a regular basis and make it a lifelong habit.
Each Conditioning assignment has a calendar for your student to place a mark on each day that they participate in a physical activity. Activities could include practicing a sport, riding a bike, taking a walk, jumping rope, etc. To see some suggestions for “work-outs” click the blue links below.
Before completing each Conditioning Level the student must participate in a physical activity at least three days each week for the number of weeks that is designated on the assignment.
To access the Conditioning Levels click on any of the blue names listed on the right side of this page. Each Conditioning Level highlights an athlete who has honored God through their athletic efforts. The Conditioning Levels do not have a set progression of levels so you can access any of the athletes listed.
